Information you provide

When you request a consultation or quote, we collect your name, email address, and selected package or service, if any. If you contact us by email, we also receive the information in your message. Please do not submit financial records or sensitive information through the public inquiry form or by email.

How we use inquiry information

We use this information to respond to your inquiry, understand your bookkeeping requirements, arrange a consultation, and discuss next steps. Our inquiry workflow sends an automated acknowledgment that may include a Calendly booking link.

Services involved

Our website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites. FormSubmit processes inquiry submissions and forwards them to our Google Workspace/Gmail business inbox. Zapier processes the inquiry email to send our acknowledgment. If you choose to book a call, Calendly handles your booking details under its own privacy terms. Client documents and bookkeeping communications can be shared through Financial Cents after we provide instructions.

These providers process information as necessary to deliver their services. Their own privacy policies describe their practices: FormSubmit, Google, Zapier, Calendly, Financial Cents, and OpenAI.

Website measurement

Website analytics is currently disabled. We do not send names, email addresses, or inquiry contents to an analytics provider.

Hosting and form providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, and logs for operating and protecting their services. FormSubmit states that it may use cookies for security and other service purposes.

Security and retention

We use a client portal for requested documents and bookkeeping communications. No method of storage or transmission can guarantee absolute security. We retain inquiry information as needed to respond to your request, manage related communications, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. You may contact us with a request to delete your inquiry information, which we will review subject to those obligations.
